Check out our Manchester store for even more prom dresses! They have designers like Flirt, Blush, and Tiffany and they will also block out your dress!

Prom Policies

Orders cannot be canceled once placed. All sales are final. Dresses cannot be returned or exchanged. No cash refunds will be given.

A minimum 60% deposit is required for any item we are ordering. Deposits are non-refundable. You are responsible for payment in full or the deposit will be forfeited.

Balances on ordered items must be paid within one week of the item arriving in the store and taken home at time of final payment. Due to limited storage space, a $1 per day storage fee will take effect exactly one week after the dress has arrived in the store.

We block out our prom dresses which means we will not sell your dress to another girl going to your prom or ball. We cannot block out dresses purchased at another store or online.

When your dress comes in (or if you buy a dress off the rack) please make sure to look it over before it leaves the store. We will not be held responsible for any defects once the dress leaves our store.

Alterations are available for an additional fee at our Manchester location. Our alterations are done by owner, Janice Burkhart. Since it is our busy season, please schedule a first fitting at least three weeks prior to your prom or ball. If the alterations need to be rushed there will be additional fees. Please make an appointment with Janice for alterations at 585-289-6523. When going to your fitting appointments with Janice in Manchester please remember to bring all necessary under garments and shoes. If these items are not brought to the fitting you will either be expected to purchase these items from Heart to Heart Bridal or reschedule your fitting appointment.
