Orders cannot be canceled once placed. All sales are final. No refunds will be given. You will still be responsible for payment in full or you forfeit your deposit.
A 60% deposit is required for any item we are ordering. Deposits are non-refundable.
Balances on ordered items must be paid within 2 weeks of the item arriving in the store and taken home at time of final payment. Due to limited storage space, if not taken home within 2 weeks a $1 per day storage fee will be added to the balance.
Due to varying dye lots, bridesmaid dress orders will not be placed until after the final bridesmaid has paid her deposit and has been measured. All bridesmaids in the party are responsible for rush fees if deemed necessary due to late order.
Alterations are complimentary on full priced wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses, flowergirl dresses, and mothers dresses. An appointment needs to be made for alterations with Janice at the Manchester location. SIX weeks are needed for alterations. If the ship date given by the designer is within FOUR weeks of the wear date complimentary alterations will not be available. EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 1ST, COMPLIMENTARY ALTERATIONS WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE FOR BRIDESMAIDS IF THE BRIDE HAS ALSO PURCHASED HER GOWN FROM EITHER HEART TO HEART BRIDAL LOCATION. If the bridesmiad dress is purchased on or before November 30th, complimentary alteratoins will still be honored.
When going to your fitting appointment with Janice in Manchester please remember to bring all necessary under garments and shoes. If these items are not brought to the fitting you will either be expected to purchase these items or reschedule your fitting appointment.
If a dress is purchased off the rack, it must be paid in full up-front and taken home immediately due to limited storage space.
We ask that you remove your shoes when you come in our store to ensure that our samples and our brides dresses stay as white as possible. You are more than welcome to bring slippers or socks with you to put on inside the store.
